Tessa completed her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Manitoba with an undergraduate degree in psychology. Tessa has clinical experience across outpatient neurorehabilitation, transitional care, and ophthalmology. Her work focuses on functional assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, and practical strategies that support independence in daily life. She is especially passionate about collaborative goal setting and helping people navigate complex systems to access the supports they need to live well. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outside with her golden retriever.
